The school is responsible for managing access to its account and for activity carried out by authorised users.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The school is responsible for ensuring that it has the legal right to upload and manage the personal data it places into the platform.

Access to the platform requires payment of subscription fees.

Payments are processed through Stripe and subject to Stripe’s payment processing terms.

6. White‑Glove Support

Juno may provide onboarding or technical support to assist schools in setting up or managing their accounts.

If requested by the school, the school may grant Juno personnel temporary administrative access to assist with configuration or troubleshooting. The school may revoke such access at any time.

7. Data Protection

For parent and student data uploaded by the school, the school acts as data controller and Juno acts as data processor.

The Data Processing Agreement forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Juno retains all intellectual property rights in the platform and its underlying technology.

The school retains ownership of the data it uploads to the platform.
